Best Singed Items ARAM
Liandry’s Torment
The absolute greatest and overall greatest item for Singed in ARAM is Liandry’s Torment. This might as well be the absolute best synergy between a champion and an item. Why? Well, glad you asked. Liandry’s Torment has a passive ability which makes our abilities deal a percentage of HP damage each time they proc. Now, Singed can successfully apply his spells to multiple enemies at once, meaning he will tick away a percentage of HP to multiple champions at once. This is truly one of the most powerful interactions in the game, and the benefit of this item on Singed can not be overstated.
Rylai’s Crystal Scepter
Rylai’s Crystal Scepter is another incredibly powerful item for Singed in ARAM. Much like Liandry’s, this item will also apply certain buffs to our spells. Rylai’s in particular will make our abilities slow enemies. Again, using Singed “Q” is sufficient to apply this spell to multiple enemies at once, meaning Singed can literally slow every enemy on the map without much effort or cost. This is pretty much another unskippable Singed ARAM item.
Winter’s Approach
The synergy of Singed and his items in ARAM does not stop at the previous items, instead there are still some more items that can be insanely beneficial. Therefore, the perfect next item would be Winter’s Approach. This item grants bonus mana to Singed after he damages enemies with his abilities. Now we see the same pattern emerging again, since Singed can just permanently spam his “Q”, this item will be quite easy to take full advantage of.
Riftmaker
Each second in combat will increase our damage by 2%, that is if we have Riftmaker equipped. This damage bonus will be capped out at 8%, at which point the item will start giving us some extra omni-vamp. Aside from this bonus, Rift maker will also give us 2% of our bonus HP as AP. Much like the other items, this item too will be amazing as we will be able to proc it effortlessly.
Force of Nature or Dead’s Man Plate
Depending on the enemy composition, our two last items should be either Force of Nature or Dead’s Man Plate. Force of Nature should be built against magic heavy enemies, while Dead’s Man Plate is more suitable towards AD heavy champs. Either way, both will grant us bonus resistances and HP. The added benefit of these items is the HP boost, which will be converted to additional AP through Riftmaker.

The boot options for Singed in ARAM are plenty. The most common choice are Boots of Swiftness, which primarily grant bonus mobility.
