Mobility is one of the core League of Legends features that affects everything gameplay related. Champions high in mobility can do a lot to pressure the map and extract lead over enemies.

Here are some of the best mobility champions in League of Legends!

Best Mobility Champions

Quinn

Quinn SplashartQuinn is a poke top-lane assassin. She excels in the early and mid-game. In the early phases of the game, she can easily outtrade almost every top laner. Whenever her opponents go for minions, she can get a favorable trade by hitting them with a basic attack.

In the mid-game, Quinn usually looks for opportunities to roam. These opportunities are made easy by her kit that allows her to transform into a bird and fly at incredibly high speeds. Once she is done with a roam, her high mobility allows her to easily get back to the lane, and continue playing normally.

As Quinn in the late game, you will usually want to look to kill a squishy champion before a fight. Getting kills like this is not that hard on Quinn, and it’s pretty worth it as you will be winning games much more easily.

Rammus

When it comes to mobility champions in the jungle, Rammus is one of the greatest choices. His Q allows him to roll up into a ball and traverse the environment at extremely high speed. This enables him to quickly get close to enemies, and completely immobilize them by utilizing his E, W, and R.

If you want to play this high-mobility pick, it’s important to note when he should be picked. Rammus is most strong when there are multiple high AD targets in the enemy team. This is the case because his kit is built around armor, and reflecting AD damage back as magic damage.

Hecarim

Hecarim-Splashart title

Another notable jungle high mobility champion is Hecarim. Aside from great speeds enabled by his E and most frequent summoner spell ghost, Hecarim is known for his great farming ability. The fast clear in the jungle enable him to collect gold incredibly fast, which enables him to scale well in almost any game without exerting too much effort. Once equipped with the right items, Hecarim has enough strength to disrupt multiple enemies per fight, making him an incredible asset in team-fighting circumstances.

Master Yi

By the nature of the design of the game, we will be having yet another mobility champion in the jungle. Master Yi is an incredible carry that is distinguished by his ability to solo carry the games. Much like Hecarim, he prefers having a chill early game with few incidents. It’s only in the mid-late game where Yi takes the lead and gains incredible strength. With a couple of on-hit items, he can perfectly utilize his movement speed to swiftly cut through to multiple enemies completely solo.

Janna

Janna-Splashart title

When it comes to supporting mobility champions, there are a lot of different picks. One considerable pick would be Karma, as she does have heavy movement speed boosts when using her ultimate. However, I have decided to go with Janna, as she is generally a higher-quality pick.

Janna has incredible movement speed which enables her to drift around enemies while impairing them with various disenchantments such as Q and W. On top of her peeling ability, Janna is also distinguished by incredible shields and heals in her kit. All these stats combined make her one of the greatest support mobility picks.

Final Thoughts

Mobility in League of Legends refers to all sources of movement.  It entails stuff like movement speed, dashing, teleportation, etc. The highest mobility picks are usually the ones with most consistent movement speed, as this is what allows them to quickly navigate the map and pressure enemies.
